ASSOCIATES

I employ and supervise master’s-level psychotherapists who are completing required hours for licensure.

Associates in my practice are dedicated to ongoing training in theory, process, and safety and are connected to numerous resources. Additionally, Associates are able to offer more options for a sliding-scale fee and can provide weekend and evening availability when needed.

We all desire belonging and connection, but relationships can be hard! Many of us grow up without role models for the type of intimacy we desire. As a therapist, I hope to serve as a guide on your path towards healthier connections with yourself and those around you. I work with couples and individuals from a LGBTQ+-affirming, poly-affirming, kink-affirming, sex-positive framework to help dispel shame around sex and relationships outside of our hetero/cis/mononormative cultural standards. I practice eclectically, utilizing trauma-informed, attached-based, narrative, and somatic practices based on what each of my clients need and desire out of their journey in therapy.

Therapy can be difficult, but it can also be fun, creative, and revelatory. It all leads to growth! If you are ready to begin a journey of self-discovery that will propel you into living more fully and authentically, we should talk!

In our sessions, your struggles, triumphs, and curiosities will be met with reverence and compassion. I embrace a creative and collaborative approach to conversation that recognizes circumstance and invites possibility.

I care deeply about honoring personal identity; especially the aspects of being that go against the grain of dominant culture. By exploring the multitudes within you, we can unearth your own unique and vast inner resources, making it easier to navigate life's challenges with your values and preferences at the forefront.

While I work with a range of themes, I have an affinity towards conversations that address the unknown and more murky aspects of life such as:
life transitions, existing in-between cultures, psychedelic exploration, and the complexities of a creative or entrepreneurial career.
With couples: cultural differences, sexual preferences, discord, and the exploration of desired relationship dynamics are of particular interest.

Through the use of narrative therapy and somatics, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for emotional expression, imagination, and meaning making.
