Therapy for Anxiety, Grief, Trauma & Relationships in Portland, Oregon and California
There are times when life can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and reconnect with the parts of yourself and your life that matter to you. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and respectful environment for my clients so they can feel well-supported and accompanied during vulnerable times. I believe in working collaboratively with clients by taking an active role in helping them connect with their unique skills and purposes that may otherwise feel out of reach.
I have experience counseling individuals, couples, families, and groups on a wide range of themes. In particular, I am drawn to helping clients on topics related to grief and bereavement, relationship concerns, challenges of parenthood, and life transitions.

FAQ
Do you offer virtual sessions?
I offer virtual sessions for Oregon and California and in person is available for those residing in Portland, Oregon.
What is your fee?
My fee is $250 per 50-minute session. Typically, I see clients once a week until treatment goals have been reached, however, I work with clients to come up with a time frame that fits their needs. Additionally, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale options. I aim to find a therapy fee that works for both of us. Fees can be discussed over the phone prior to our first meeting.
What is the first step?
After you contact me via email or phone, we can set up an initial phone consultation, during which we can discuss your needs, experiences with previous therapy, and background of the areas of concern. We will determine together if I would be a good match for you and set up an appointment for a first session. This consultation is free of charge. Please find my contact down below.
